ANALISIS RISIKO KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3) PADA PROSES PEMASANGAN JARINGAN INTERNET FTTH (FIBER TO THE HOME) DENGAN METODE HIRARC (HAZARD IDENTIFICATION, RISK ASSESSMENT, AND RISK CONTROL) STUDI KASUS DI PT. JINDE GRUP INDONESIA
The industrial sector is one of the fastest growing sectors today. This means that many workers are absorbed in the industrial sector, both the manufacturing industry and the service industry. The workers acts as a driving force for the company to achieve its goals. Every process that goes through to achieve company goals cannot be separated from the risk of work accidents. This study aims to determine the potential risks of K3 through hazard identification, risk assessment, and proposed risk control so as to reduce or minimize work accidents. The research was conducted at PT. Jinde Group Indonesia especially in installation of a new fiber to the home (FTTH) internet network division. PT. Jinde Group Indonesia is a company engaged in internet service providers (ISP) that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction, especially in the Gresik-East Java area. The method used in this research is HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control). The results showed that there were 7 work activities with 9 potential hazards, that are falling from the ceiling of the house, being scratched by a cutter, punctured by fiber optics, falling from stairs when tidying fiber cable installations and alternating ties, electrocuted when tidying fiber cable installations and alternating ties, exposed to splintered bricks, and crushed by the foot of the stairs. The results of the risk assessment show that 44,44% of the potential hazards are in the moderate category, 22.22% of low risk, and 33.33% of high risk. ANALISA MANAJEMEN RESIKO DENGAN METODE FAULT THREE ANALISYS (FTA) SYSTEM COMPRESSOR AIR MINUM DALAM KEMASAN PT. SWABINA GATRA
Occupational safety and health is now starting to be important for the wider community in Indonesia, especially for employees and industrial workers, considering the growing economy and industry as well as general development, the greater the potential for harm caused. Actually this problem can be overcome by applying existing methods such as Fault Three Analysis (FTA). The purpose of this research is to carry out risk management on work equipment system failures as an effort to control work accidents at PT. Swabina Gatra The design of this research is descriptive. Hazard identification in this research uses the (HIRARC) method then the hazard result with the highest value is used as the Top Event in the Fault Three Analysis (FTA) method. The implementation stage of this method is to identify the potential and overcome hazards in the Compressor System Unit for Bottled Drinking Water PT. Swabina Gatra. The results showed that there were 7 cut-sets or causes of failure in the compressor system. The cut-set results obtained by the prevention stage which are enforced are the provision of Earth-Leakage Circuit Breakers (ELCB) on the electric panel compressor system, Perform periodic pressure vessel calibration tests no later than once every 5 years, Work in accordance with SOPs or work instructions that have been set by the Company , and conduct periodic inspections or inspections and schedule repairs and maintenance
ANALISIS KECELAKAAN KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIRARC (HAZARD IDENTIFICATION, RISK ASSESSMENT DAN RISK CONTROL) DI DIVISI MAINTENANCE CV. DIRA UTAMA SEJAHTERA
Human resources are an important asset in a company and need to be developed. Human resource development is related to the performance generated in achieving the company's targets. The sustainability of human resource performance cannot be separated from work accidents. Many factors often cause work accidents such as: human error, electric shock, etc. This study aims to identify potential hazards, calculate risk level values, analyze the results of risk assessment calculations, and propose controls and solutions to reduce potential hazards and work accidents. The research was conducted in the maintenance division of CV. Dira Utama Sejahtera. It’s a manufacturing company engaged in the field of line pipe. The research was conducted using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. The results showed that there were 9 potential hazards, namely collision on the feet or head, electric shock, falling from the pipeline, pinched between pipelines, chemical explosion, hands hit by hot pipes, splashed by material, hands hit by drill bits, and slipped until the leg is sprained. The results of the risk level assessment that 11,1% fall into the category of low risk and extreme, 33,3% moderate risk, and 44,4% high risk. For risk control, it is proposed by elimination, administrative control, engineering control, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Keywords : Work Accidents, Line Pipe Company, HIRARC Metho
ANALISIS PENGARUH DEBIT AIR TERHADAP UNJUK KERJA PADA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKROHIDRO TURBIN ULIR SKALA LABORATORIUM
The Screw Turbine MicroHydro Power Plant is a small-scale power plant that produces < 200 kW of power, which utilizes the power (flow) of water as a source of energy production. MHP is a renewable energy source and deserves to be called clean energy because it is environmentally friendly. In terms of technology, MHP was chosen because of its simple construction and easy operation. The screw turbine can be operated in remote settlements that do not have electricity by placing it in a river with medium or large discharge to produce electrical energy. This research was carried out based on the previous reference, where the screw turbine which was carried out during this study had a size with a shaft length of 870 mm, an outer diameter of 350 mm, a pitch of 290 mm with 2 blades (screw) with a 35° Treaded turbin tilt angle. The screw turbine in this study produced the highest generator power of 38.4 VDC at a water discharge of 0.0205 m^3/s with a generator shaft rotation of 888 Rpm, a turbine efficiency value of 37.0% at a water discharge of 0.0133 m^3/s. ANALISIS PERAMALAN PENJUALAN PRODUK FURNITURE DI PT. KATWARA
In the era of globalization, the development of the industrial sector is advancing rapidly. With the development of the economy in Indonesia, the need for furniture or household furniture is increasing. Pt Katwara is a company that sells furniture needs in Gresik Regency, East Java. In the erratic sales of a product every month, it is difficult for the company to determine product sales targets every month. With these sales problems, companies really need a sales solution that can forecast product sales every month Forecasting is a method used to estimate a future value using past data. In this study, the author discusses the analysis of forecasting sales of furniture products at PT. Katwara for this type of chair product. Forecasting is done using three methods, namely the Moving Average method for periods I, II, and III, the Exponential Smoothing with Trend method, and the Trend Analysis method by comparing the smallest error rate, the selected forecasting method is the Moving Average method with Period I. The Moving Average method with Period I has a MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) value of 171.532, MSE (Mean Absolute Deviation) of 56789.49, MAPE (Mean Absolute Percent Error) 68.248%, and Bias of 1.957 while the standard error is 243.544. From the analysis of data processing that has been carried out based on the selected forecasting method, the sales forecast for the chair-type furniture product is 120 pieces, meaning that PT. Katwara must provide 120 chair-type furniture raw materials for the next period
PENGARUH TEAM WORK DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP BUDAYA ORGANISASI DI PABRIK PUPUK
Human resources play a very significant role in the running of an organization or company to manage the running of the company's system optimally so that it can support the achievement of the goals of the organization or company. But the problem that is often faced by companies today is how to create human resources that can produce optimal performance and in accordance with what the company expects. This research was conducted at a fertilizer plant in the city of East Java with the main activity of supplying national fertilizer needs. This company includes advanced companies so the demand for fertilizer production is also increasing. With these conditions, the role of employees becomes an important factor for the company in realizing the vision and mission of the company. The company always strives to improve the internal quality of the company in order to compete with competing companies. One of the efforts made is an assessment of employee performance and team work. The purpose of research is to assess the influence and interrelationships between dependent variables (organizational culture) and independent (employee performance and team work). This research population is employees in fertilizer companies who understand the problems and people who are experts in their fields to ensure the data generated is relevant and in accordance with the purpose of the research. The sample used to fill out the variable questionnaire amounted to 52 employees.The methods used are statistical analysis of multiple linear regression, test F and coefficient of determination. The results of research and analysis conducted by researchers showed that independent variables namely team work (X1) and employee performance (X2) simultaneously or together had a positive influence and significance on dependent variables namely organizational culture (Y). Or in other words, if the dependent variable increases, it will be accompanied by an increase in independent variables
ANALISIS RISIKO MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS MENGGUNAGAKN METODE RULA TERHADAP POSTUR KERJA PADA AKTIVITAS PROYEK
One of the important assets for the sustainability of a company is human resources or workers. However, companies often ignore the needs and comfort of workers. Not a few companies that do not apply methods in accordance with standard procedures, as well as work facilities that do not support the process of their workers' activities. Ergonomic aspects must be considered in the work process so that it will not cause complaints on the workers' body parts. Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) are one of the threats caused by discomfort in body position while working. The risk of developing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) complaints is analyzed in this study by observing the worker's body posture in routine activities carried out in development projects. The analysis was carried out using the RULA method which provides an assessment of each position of the worker's upper body. Based on the results of data processing using the RULA method, a score level for the posture of workers in plastering activities is worth 5. The score indicates a moderate level of risk, therefore further investigation is needed to make changes as soon as possible
ANALISIS DAYA GENERATOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN 4 BUAH SUDU TURBIN TIPE WHIRLPOOL PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKRO HIDRO (PLTMH)
The depletion of the availability of energy that cannot be produced, such as oil and coal used as fuel for Steam Power Plants (PLTU) and Diesel Power Plants (PLTD) Other alternatives are needed to produce electrical energy and minimize emissions resulting from the combustion process that can be caused by heating global warming, air pollution and the depletion of the ozone layer. For this reason, renewable energy such as Micro Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH) can be needed to meet the electrical energy needs of the community that are environmentally friendly. In this study discusses Generator Power Analysis Using 4 Turbine Blades Type Whirlpool Micro Hydro Power Plant. Data collection in this study was carried out through five tests using the same water discharge of 0.00625 m3/s. So that the final results obtained data in the form of the highest generator power of 11.11 watts, the largest turbine power of 0.570 watts, the highest torque of 0.059 Nm and the best turbine efficiency of 4.05%
ANALISA PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS TAHU MENGGUNAKAN METODE STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL (SQC) PADA UKM TAHU HAJI MAMAD
UKM Tahu Haji Mamad is an industry that is engaged in making tofu and the main raw material is soybeans.This study aimed at determining the quality control of product, the most common types defect in product, the factors in causing defect in product, the action that should be taken to prevent the defect of product at UKM Tahu Haji Mamad by using Statistical Processing Control. this type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Collectingdata using interviews and observations, data analysis techniques using four tools ofquality control, the check sheet, histogram, a causal diagram, and a control chart p. Defective products in the finished product every time it isproduced indicates that the quality control carried out by UKM tofu Haji Mamad is still not optimal.Observations and observations made at the Haji Mamad Tofu Factory for 10 days found manydefective products which every day averaged around 46 tofu products.The results showed there arefive types of damage to the product know, that smell, texture,hard, soft texture, there are dirt, and thewrong cut. The most dominant is the kind ofdamage a hard texture, which is about 41.74% compared to all the damage knew theothers. ANALISIS POTENSI BAHAYA KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HAZARD IDENTIFICATION RISK ASSESMENT AND RISK CONTROL (HIRARC) DI PT SUMBER MAS INDAH PLYWOOD
The era of industrial globalization 4.0 implements a computerized production system automatically so that not many workers will operate production machines. Every business activity must have a risk of work accidents. PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood is one of the successful companies characterized by export-oriented product income in 5 major countries. With the level of demand that has spread to various countries, the company must always improve the quality of the products produced. The higher the level of productivity of a company, the greater the danger or risk of work that will be posed. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis process consisting of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control using hirarc method. The results showed that there are 3 work stations. In rotary stations there are 4 work activities, at dryer station there are 3 work activities and at repair stations there are 1 work activities. The results of the identification of potential hazards using hirarc method identified there are 10 potential hazards, where there is 1 potential danger including extreme risk level, 6 potential hazards including high risk level, 2 potential hazards including moderate risk level and 1 potential hazard included low risk level
