    Implementation of Sharia Principles in Managing Halal Certified MSME Business

    The rapid growth of the halal industry in Indonesia has heightened the importance of Sharia compliance in business management, particularly among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang. This study aims to explore the extent of Sharia principles implementation in halal-certified MSMEs and the challenges they face in aligning their operations with Islamic guidelines. Utilizing a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews and observations were conducted with MSME owners to gain insights into their experiences. The results indicate that while many MSMEs actively implement Sharia principles in areas such as sourcing halal materials and ethical marketing, they encounter significant challenges, including limited access to certified suppliers and a lack of understanding of halal regulations. Furthermore, the study reveals that adherence to Sharia compliance enhances customer loyalty and trust, thereby improving business performance. This research contributes to bridging the gap between theory and practice in Sharia-compliant business management and provides practical recommendations for MSMEs to optimize their operations within the halal framework

    ABSTRACT Diversitas bahasa dalam layanan publik mencerminkan adaptasi dan inklusivitas yang memperkaya komunikasi antara petugas dan masyarakat, sehingga menciptakan interaksi yang lebih efektif dan memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman bahasa yang digunakan dalam interaksi antara masyarakat dan petugas di Kantor Kecamatan Tanasitolo serta keefektivitas penggunaan ragam bahasa tersebut. Penelitian yang bersifat langsung dan mendalam ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menggali data lebih detail. Responden  dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang memanfaatkan pelayanan di kantor Kecamatan Tanasitolo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi dalam penggunaan bahasa oleh masyarakat yang datang ke kantor Kecamatan Tanasitolo. Dari 47 responden, 29,79% menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa utama, 14,89% menggunakan Bahasa Bugis, dan mayoritas 55,32% menggunakan campuran antara Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Bugis.  Sebagian besar responden (95,74%) menilai penggunaan ragam bahasa dalam pelayanan sangat efektif, sementara 4,26% menilainya sebagai efektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan ragam bahasa yang sesuai dalam layanan publik tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi tetapi juga memperkaya kehidupan sosial dan komunitas dengan menghargai keragaman dan inklusivitas

    FACE-SAVING FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATION: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

    The research is dedicated to figure out the application of face-saving oleh transformational leadership dalam dunia pendidikan and to know the strategies of face-saving used by transformational leadership dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi penting dilakukan karena seorang pemimpin transformasional diharuskan untuk memberi contoh dan motivasi kepada bawahannya sehingga perlu selalu menjaga kehormatan dan marwahnya. Dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research collected around 200 articles and included 10 of them in the research to answer the questions and figure out the answers. Result of this research shown that there is a little to none of research in education in Indoenesia discussed about the topic. This will lead to a wide chance for future researchers to conduct research on this topic. It is also found that face-saving will benefit the transformational leader by increasing the creativity of the followers but also showing that the transformational leader is not an anti-critique person. Meanwhile, the strategies that are applicable for the leader when she/he gets critique are contradicting, withdrawing, repairing, dan emphasizing.     RACISM IN THE FREEDOM WRITERS MOVIE BY RICHARD LAGRAVENESE: A CRITICAL DISCOURSE ANALYSIS PERSPECTIVE

    Abstract Racism is not the strange topic anymore for the people worldwide. The idea of racism is the exclusion of a group of individuals according to their race or ethnicity. One of the movies that raised this theme is The Freedom Writers. This movie is an American biographical drama movie written and directed by Richard LaGravenese in 2007. This study will identify racism using Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis theory in the text dimension as reflected in The Freedom Writers movie. This study is a descriptive qualitative approach using Teun A. Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis and only focus on text dimension (Macro Structure, Superstructure, and Microstructure). The main theme in the movie is the struggle against racism through education with the sub-theme of education as a tool of social change, highlighting Erin Gruwell's efforts to overcome racial divisions in her classroom through innovative teaching methods. The movie's structure begins with exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution that illustrate the challenges and successes in changing attitudes and promoting inclusivity in Erin's classroom. In this study, 11 texts in the scenes were found to contain elements of racism such as racial discrimination and systemic injustice, structural racism, negative stereotyping, and ignorance of context.     PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK (PJBL) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA

    Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai bagaimana PjBL dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasi PjBL di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas X dan XI serta guru di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang. Teknik pengambilan data meliputi observasi langsung selama proses pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan guru, serta analisis dokumen seperti rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan hasil proyek siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang muncul dari data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran, dan memperkuat keterampilan kolaboratif. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan analisis, evaluasi, dan sintesis informasi melalui proyek-proyek yang diberikan. Guru berperan penting sebagai fasilitator dalam mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan mandiri. Temuan ini mendukung hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa PjBL efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif siswa. Kesimpulannya, PjBL merupakan metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang, dengan dukungan perencanaan yang baik dan bimbingan guru yang efektif

    PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA INTERAKTIF ANIMASI "PRECISION MATHEMATICS" DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA ANAK USIA DINI DI TK DHARMA WANITA I GEDANGAN-MALANG

    Precision mathematics learning media is adapted to early childhood learning concepts. Aims to describe the mathematics learning process and the results of development in the Interactive Animation media "Precision Mathematics". The type of research method used is the Research and Development (RnD) method with qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Researchers used steps through Borg ang Gall by conducting one product trial in a small group with 10 respondents and a large group with 30 respondents. This research developed the animated interactive media "Precision Mathematics" for children's mathematics learning with 6 material contents, namely number symbols, serialization, classification, one-to-one correspondence, geometry, and subtraction. The results obtained from media experts were 95%. Then, material expert I (media material) got a score of 95%, and material expert II (learning) got a score of 100%. Meanwhile, the results of the small group trial got 66.25%, and the results of the large group got 93%. It can be concluded that the use of the animated interactive media "Precision Mathematics" is very effective for delivering mathematics material to young children. It is hoped that every teacher can choose the right learning media to create fun mathematics learning activities for children

    Pengembangan E-LKS Berbasis Desain Situasi Didaktis Berbantuan Flipbook Pada Materi Barisan Dan Deret Geometri

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan kepraktisan E-LKS Berbasis Desain Situasi Didaktis Berbantuan Flipbook pada materi Barisan dan Deret Geometri kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development dengan model pengembangan Sugiyono yang dilakukan dengan 5 tahapan yaitu Potensi dan masalah, Pengumpulan data, Desain produk, Validasi desain, dan Perbaikan Desain. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, dokumentasi, interview, dan angket. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A MTs NU Wahid Hasyim Salafiyah Jekulo Kudus. Hasil penelitiannya membuktikan bahwa: (1) Proses pengembangan E-LKS berbasis desain situasi didaktis berbantuan flipbook menggunakan model pengembangan Sugiyono ini dapat terselesaikan dengan baik, maka E-LKS tersebut siap dijadikan sebagai bahan penelitian di sekolah yang hendak dituju. (2) E-LKS berbasis desain situasi didaktis berbantuan flipbook berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli materi dan ahli media termasuk dalam kategori “sangat valid” dengan perolehan hasil sebesar 92,65% dan 81,24%. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil penilaian pendidik, E-LKS termasuk dalam kategori "valid" dengan perolehan skor sebesar 71,88%. (3) Hasil tanggapan respon peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa E-LKS termasuk dalam kategori "praktis" dengan perolehan persentase skor sebesar 61%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKS berbasis desain situasi didaktis "praktis" dan "layak" digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik SMP/MTs kelas VIII pada materi Barisan dan Deret Geometri

    Madrasah Technonatura is one of the Islamic-based educational institutions that seeks to adopt the historical progress of medieval Islamic civilization, which is the foundation of research at Madrasah Technonatura. The curriculum used in Madrasah TechnoNatura is based on KTSP 2006 content standards coupled with self-developed content standards taken from 21st century skills, which include 4C and 3R. The 4Cs are critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, while the 3Rs are reading, writing, and arithmetic, with the addition of 1C and 1R, namely Concordance Work and Religion. This research uses descriptive research methods, with researchers carrying out interview activities and using general guidelines about the information needed from key informants who provide informative data according to research needs. The life skills curriculum at MA Technonatura in terms of hard skills is based on STEM education, which refers to 21st century skills with a learning process based on First Global Challenge (FGC), Internet of Things (IoT), IOS Game Development, Smart Ecosystem, Arduino Weather Balloon, and Tissue Culture (Orchid), which is able to foster and develop students' life skills. In the category of soft skills, MA TechnoNatura builds and familiarizes the school culture with the implementation of dhuha prayer, tadarrus, learning Islamic religious lessons in the morning, and praying together
