The Practice and the Challenges of Japanese-style Bookkeeping Education in China

2024年3月、筆者は松本大学松商短期大学部との交流協定締結校である中国嶺南師範学院において、日本式簿記に関する2科目の集中講義を担当した。当該集中講義では、限られた期間内で学修効果を最大限に高めることを目的として、能動的・参加型の簿記学修を試行した。 本稿はその内容を報告するとともに、日中両国における簿記教育のさらなる発展に資するための考察を加えるものである。期末試験終了後に実施したアンケート調査にもとづき、効果の検証および課題の検討を行った結果、本邦での簿記教育にも生かすことができる示唆を得た一方で、両国が採用する経済体制や会計実務の相違に起因する諸課題も認識された。departmental bulletin pape

HuH-7肝癌細胞において、SHARP-2遺伝子の発現は、トランスフォーミング成長因子βにより様々な経路を介して誘導される

Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) inhibits cell proliferation and promotes cell differentiation. In human HuH-7 hepatocellular carcinoma cells, TGF-β reduces the expression of the α-fetoprotein (AFP) gene, a marker molecule for hepatocellular carcinoma cells. In this case, the amount of AT motif-binding factor-1 (ATBF1) mRNA, which encodes a transcriptional repressor of the AFP gene, was not changed. This suggests the involvement of factors that are induced by TGF-β and interact with ATBF1. The enhancer of split- and hairy-related protein-2 (SHARP-2) is a basic helix-loop-helix transcriptional repressor and an interacting protein of ATBF1. In this study, we examined whether TGF-β regulates the expression of the SHARP-2 gene in HuH-7 cells. TGF-β induced the SHARP-2 mRNA level within 1 hr. Next, to explore the signaling pathway, HuH-7 cells were pretreated with various inhibitors and then treated with TGF-β. Inhibitors of TGF-β type I receptor, phosphoinositide 3-kinase, protein kinase C, Jun N-terminal kinase, mitogen-activated protein kinase, and RNA polymerase II completely or partially diminished the induction of the SHARP-2 mRNA level by TGF-β. Finally, a reporter plasmid containing from -3,700 to +265 region of the SHARP-2 gene were transfected into HuH-7 cells and treated with TGF-β, but no change in promoter activity was observed. Thus, we concluded that TGF-β increased the level of SHARP-2 mRNA via multiple pathways at the transcription level of the SHARP-2 gene and that SHARP-2 is a candidate protein mediating TGF-β-repression of the AFP gene.departmental bulletin pape

The Regulation of the Expression of Various Transcription Factor Genes and the Identification of Target Genes in Mouse 3T3-L1 Adipocytes

SHARP familyは転写抑制因子であり、SHARP-1およびSHARP-2の2種類のアイソフォームが存在する。Zhx2は、Zhx1、Zhx2、Zhx3の3つのアイソフォームからなるZhx転写抑制因子familyの一員である。これらの転写因子は、マウス3T3-L1脂肪細胞において、セカンドメッセンジャーであるcAMPを産生するアデニル酸シクラーゼの活性化剤であるForskolinにより発現が変動する。本研究では、3T3-L1脂肪細胞での、それぞれの転写因子の標的遺伝子の検索を行うために、ドキシサイクリン存在下でSHARP familyやZhx2を発現できる細胞システムの構築を試みた。現在までに、ドキシサイクリンでmRNAの発現が上昇するクローンは得られたものの、転写因子たんぱく質を発現する細胞株を得るには至れていない。departmental bulletin pape

A Trial Online Class for Database Management

長野県教育委員会の2024年教員免許証認定講習会「データベース」の講義は、新型コロナ感染症再流行の恐れがいまだ無視できないということから、30名を対象としたオンラインでの開催となった。データベースは教職課程科目の『情報システム（実習を含む。）』であり、本認定講習会では、ブラウザで実行可能な環境であるGoogle Colaboratory上でPythonのライブラリーとして利用可能なDBMSであるsqlite3を使って実習を行うことにした。オンラインでのSQLを使った実習の実践を報告する。departmental bulletin pape

The Relationship between the Actual Status of Students' Dietary Habits, Their Food Intake Frequency, and Their Level of Mental Health

大学生と短大生、専門学校の学生を対象に食事や栄養の摂取状況や共食状況を調べたところ、主食・主菜・副菜の揃った食事の摂取頻度が低かった。次に、栄養系と栄養系以外の学生、居住形態別のそれぞれ2群間について食事の内容・心の健康度についてχ2検定を実施した。その結果、栄養系の学生は「緑黄色野菜」の食品摂取量が多く食事・栄養への意識が高く、家族と同居している学生は食品摂取量が多く栄養バランスが良かった。また栄養バランス、食生活の満足度、共食と心の健康は関係していたが、両学生ともに心の健康度は有意に高くはなかった。このことから学生の心の健康には、栄養バランス以外に生活環境等の影響が大きいと考えられた。departmental bulletin pape

Measuring the Salt Intake from Soba Noodles in Soba Noodle Restaurants : A Pilot Study

長野県のそばの収穫量は全国3位であり、近年のヘルシー嗜好、そばに含まれる機能成分等によってそばの価値は高まっているが、しょうゆをベースとしたつゆとともに食することでナトリウム過剰摂取につながる課題がある。そこで、食べ方を通して減塩行動を獲得するための働きかけに関する知見を得るために、もりそばに着目し、もりそばを喫食した100人のつけ汁残量から食塩摂取量を算出するパイロット調査をそば屋一店舗で行った。もりそば一食（一人前）あたりの食塩摂取量平均値±SDは、2.09±0.65ｇであった。また長野県ではそば湯を飲む文化があるが、そば猪口に移したつけ汁とともにそば湯と合わせて飲むことは、食塩摂取量を高めてしまうことが推測された。departmental bulletin pape
