Playing Charades to Boost Young Learners’ English Language Ability
The educational environment has an important role in children's language skills, English. Schools or other educational institutions are expected to be able to cultivate, grow, and develop the language skills of their students. MI Miftahul Ulum, Sucolor, Maesan, Bondowoso is an educational institution that is aware of the importance of developing children's language skills and takes part in building the character of their students, especially in terms of language skills. MI Miftahul Ulum applies a word guessing game to each student in developing English skills. The aim of this activity is that students can at least say words or speak English.
This study aims to reveal and describe how the word guessing game is implemented at MI Miftahul Ulum in an effort to improve children's English skills. In addition, this study intends to find out how and to what extent the contribution of charades games can improve English skills, especially MI Miftahul Ulum students. Therefore, based on the research objectives, the researcher applied a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques applied include observation, documentation, and interviews. Meanwhile, the informants in this study involved school principals, teacher boards, and MI Miftahul Ulum students.
From this study, the results were obtained that by implementing the word guessing game, students were able to say and even speak English (mix) well, as well as their pronunciation, now they are slowly being able to say even speak English correctly when asked. For students who can't yet, they can easily learn through what they hear when playing charades. The application of the word guessing game at MI Miftahul Ulum is used to evaluate children's ability to practice speaking English which focuses on the synergy between what is heard and the pronunciation. The game is carried out routinely, the goal is that with an intensive evaluation intensity, MI Miftahul Ulum students experience very rapid development and can mention English vocabulary in mixed English speaking
Metode Belajar Membaca Tanpa Mengeja (BMTM) Untuk Mengenalkan Keterampilan Membaca Anak Usia Dini di PAUD Al Barokah 1 Karang Melok Tamanan Bondowoso
PAUD Al Barokah I merupakan satu-satunya PAUD yang menerapkan metode BMTM di wilayah Bondowoso. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi berkenaan dengan pelaksaan penerapan Metode Belajar Membaca Tanpa Mengeja (BMTM) untuk mengenalkan keterampilan membaca anak usia dini di PAUD Al Barokah 1. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling dengan memperhatikan ciri-ciri yang telah ditentukan. Metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian didapatkan data bahwa langkah-langkah penerapan metode BMTM di PAUD Al Barokah I telah terakumulasi melalui modul yang dibagi menjadi 6 jilid. Sedangkan media yang digunakan adalah modul dan kartu yang bertuliskan suku kata. Dengan media tersebut, khususnya media kartu, ada banyak sekali permainan yang dapat dilakukan
Pengaruh Permainan Uno Stacko Untuk Kemampuan Mengenal Lambang Bilangan 1-10 Pada Anak
The activities carried out to stimulate the ability to recognize the symbols of numbers 1-10 are using the uno stacko game. This study aims to determine the effect of the uno stacko game on the ability to recognize symbols of numbers 1-10 in children. . This research uses quantitative research using Pre-Experimental, namely the One Group Pretest Posttest Design type. The sample of this study was group A children aged 4-5 years with 31 children as samples.. The hypothesis test in this study used the Paired Sample Test which is part of the parametric statistical analysis because it meets the requirements that the data is normally distributed. Based on the results of the Paired Sample Test test criteria, the result is that the sig. 2 - tailed, namely 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that there is an influence of the uno stacko game on the ability to recognize number symbols 1-10. Based on the results of the calculation of the N-Gain Score test, the percentage results were 65%, so it can be concluded that the effect of the uno stcko game on the ability to recognize number symbols 1-10 in children is 67% which is included in the medium category

Abstract
Problems in the learning process in early childhood include lack of focus in participating in learning activities, lack of enthusiasm, and slowness in memorizing learning themes so that in the implementation of early childhood learning it is more fun to play alone. To anticipate this, educators must be more active in creating a variety of learning games so that children can participate in learning with enthusiasm, so that it influences the development of cognitive, psychomotor, language and social emotional aspects. This selection of games is very effective in improving children's emotions planet sensory path.
Abstrak
Permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini antara lain kurang fokus dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran, kurang semangat, dan lambatnya menghafal tema pembelajaran sehingga dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran anak usia dini lebih asyik bermain sendiri. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, pendidik harus lebih aktif menciptakan berbagai permainan pembelajaran agar anak dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan semangat, sehingga berpengaruh pada perkembangan aspek kognitif, psikomotorik, bahasa, dan sosial emosional. Pilihan permainan ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan emosi anak jalur sensorik planet
Asesmen Perkembangan Anak Usia Dini (Studi Kasus Asesmen Perkembangan Anak Usia 3 Tahun)
Setiap anak mengalami fase perkembangan dan pertumbuhan yang disebut sebagai masa tumbuh kembang anak. Pertumbuhan pada anak mencerminkan perubahan atau peningkatan dalam hal kuantitas, seperti ukuran besar atau tinggi. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak pada rentang usia 0 tahun hingga 8 tahun dianggap sebagai masa keemasan, di mana hampir semua aspek perkembangan anak berkembang dengan cepat dan signifikan. Pentingnya asesmen perkembangan ini tak hanya terkait dengan pengamatan perkembangan fisik anak tetapi juga mencakup aspek-aspek lain seperti perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana asesmen perkembangan anak usia dini yaitu pada usia 3 tahun. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif.

Abstrak
Perkembangan kognitif merupakan bagian dari fase perkembangan karakteristik manusia yang penting untuk dipelajari. Perkembangan kognitif sering disebut juga dengan perkembangan intelektual atau intelegensi. Perkembangan kognitif manusia adalah proses psikologis yang melibatkan proses memeroleh pengetahuan, menyusun dan mengunakan pengetahuan serta kegiatan lain seperti berfikir, mengingat, memahami, menimbang, mengamati, menganalisis, mensintesis, mengevaluasi dan memecahkan masalah melalui interaksi dengan lingkungan. Dengan demikian paper ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang, pertama Pengertian Perkembangan Kognitif, kedua Tahap-tahap Perkembangan Kognitif, ketiga Faktor-faktor Perkembangan Kognitif, keempat Problema Perkembangan Kognitif dan Penangannya pada anak, karya ilmiah ini berbentuk kajian kepustakaan berdasarkan rujukan buku, jurnal dan artikel.

Absract
Cognitive development is part of the developmental phase of human characteristics which is important to study. Cognitive development is often also called intellectual development or intelligence. Human cognitive development is a psychological process that involves the process of acquiring knowledge, compiling and using knowledge as well as other activities such as thinking, remembering, understanding, considering, observing, analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating and solving problems through interaction with the environment. Thus, this paper aims to discuss, first, the Definition of Cognitive Development, second, Stages of Cognitive Development, third, Factors of Cognitive Development, fourth, Problems of Cognitive Development and Their Treatment in Children. This scientific work takes the form of a literature review based on references to books, journals and articles.

Inovasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Digital Menggunakan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pada Anak Usia Dini
Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong terjadinya perubahan dalam pembelajaran. Guru harus pandai memainkan perannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Inovasi pembelajaran lebih diartikan sebagai suatu ide baru berupa upaya baru dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan berbagai metode, pendekatan, sarana dan suasana yang mendukung. Kehadiran teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu bentuk adanya inovasi pendidikan, dan merupakan faktor utama tersedianya pelayanan yang cepat, akurat, teratur, akutabel, dan terpercaya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan desain pembelajaran berbasis digital menggunakan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker pada anak usia dini, mendiskripsikan efektifitas pembelajaran berbasis digital menggunakan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker pada anak usia dini.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif jenis studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data yang dilakukan secara interaktif. Menurut Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana analisa data yang dilakukan secara interaktif harus melalui proses kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi metode.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Inovasi Pembelajaran berbasis digital menggunakan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker pada anak usia dini di TK Al-Qodiri Jember dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan. Desain pembelajaran berbasis digital menggunakan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker pada anak usia dini mempunyai dampak yang sangat baik terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Dalam modul elektronik berbasis aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker tersebut disematkan video sebagai penarik minat siswa. Untuk mengintegrasikan penggunaan modul elektronik berbasis aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, maka disusunlah RPP dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan modul elektronik berbasis aplikasi Kvisoft Flipbook Maker. 2) Efektifitas pembelajaran berbasis digital menggunakan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan media gambar atau yang lainnya yang ditunjukkan dari proses pretest dan posttest tersebut, prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yakni sebesar 47,
Pengaruh Employee Engagement Dan Knowledge Sharing Terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Research entitled the influence of employee engagement and knowledge sharing on the quality of employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable: case study at UD. Friends of Sidoarjo Farmers. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The type of data used in this research is primary data which comes from taking a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. Option one is a statement of strongly disagree and option five is a statement of strongly agree. Based on this research, the results show that employee engagement has an effect on organizational culture with a p value of 0.000, knowledge sharing has an effect on organizational culture with a p value of 0.0001, employee engagement has no effect on the quality of employee performance and has a p value of 0.247, knowledge sharing influences the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.006, organizational culture mediates the relationship between employee engagement and the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.009, and organizational culture mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and the quality of employee performance with a p value of 0.021.

Strategi Bimbingan Dosen Penasehat Akademik (DPA) Dalam Mengatasi Permasalahan Akademik Mahasiswa Di Iai Al-Qodiri Jember Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023
Guidance and counseling activities are an integral part of education in Indonesia. As a professional service, guidance and counseling activities must be carried out as well as possible because it will support the success of the guidance given to students. Academic Advisor Lecturer (DPA), has the responsibility to provide guidance to students, in overcoming problems faced by students, especially those related to the academic field in their respective majors. In addition to carrying out their main duties, Academic Advisor lecturers (DPA) are tasked with communicating, guiding, motivating, and paying attention to students and helping to find and find solutions to problems faced by the students under their guidance.
From the background above, the focus of this research is: 1). What is the form of academic advisory lecturer guidance services in overcoming student academic problems at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember. 2). What are the strategies for guiding academic advisors in overcoming student academic problems at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember.
The research approach uses qualitative and the type of research design is based on case studies. In this study, researchers used porposive sampling and snow ball sampling techniques to determine informants. Data collection techniques in this study were participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles & Huberman qualitative research model, namely: a. Data reduction (data reduction), b. Data presentation (data display) c. Drawing conclusions (verification).
The results of the study show: 1) The form of the Academic Advisor Lecturer Guidance service in Overcoming Student Academic Problems at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember There are two forms of service provided to students, namely online and offline. Online academic advisor lecturers create groups on the whats app application to conducting guidance to students, in the group the lecturer provides information services and consulting services. a While offline academic advisor lecturers provide information services, consulting services and individual guidance services. 2) Academic Advisor Lecturer Guidance Strategies in Overcoming Student Academic Problems at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember, these strategies include strategies for providing motivation, religious guidance strategies and study guidance strategies.

IMPROVING THE WELL-BEING OF BUSINESS PARTICIPANTS THROUGH THE HALAL CERTIFICATION ASSISTANCE BY BAKORWIL IV PAMEKASAN FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF MAQASID SHARIA: PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN PELAKU USAHA MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN SERTIFIKASI HALAL BAKORWIL IV PAMEKASAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF MAQASID SYARIAH
One of the indicators of achieving increased prosperity for business operators can be observed through the widening market share of the products they produce. To expand market share, a product must comply with its legal aspects and increase consumer interest, including obtaining halal certification. This research aims to assess the enhancement of halal certification while considering the principles of Maqasid Sharia. This is a qualitative field research study conducted by gathering data and information through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results indicate that halal certification contributes to building consumer trust and increasing revenue obtained from the expanding market share. Halal standardization refers to the halal assurance system of MUI. From the perspective of Maqasid Sharia, halal certification is oriented toward preserving religious, spiritual, intellectual, lineage, and wealth aspects
