    PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA DIVISI DELIVERY CENTER PT POS INDONESIA CABANG CIMAHI

    This study aims to investigate the influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, and Compensation on Job Satisfaction in PT Pos Indonesia Delivery Center Division, Cimahi Branch. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verification approach. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents, employees of PT Pos Indonesia Delivery Center Division, Cimahi Branch, and analyzed using descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, and Compensation in PT Pos Indonesia Delivery Center Division, Cimahi Branch are categorized as less satisfactory. The average scores for Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, and Compensation fall below the threshold value for the good category, which is 78. Regression analysis shows that there is a significant influence between the variables of Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, and Compensation on Job Satisfaction. Partial coefficient determination results reveal that Work Discipline has the most significant influence on Job Satisfaction, with a percentage of 90.2%. Organizational Communication also has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction, with a percentage of 78.7%. Meanwhile, Compensation has a 66.1% influence on Job Satisfaction. The simultaneous coefficient determination test shows that the combined effect of Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, and Compensation significantly influences Job Satisfaction, with a percentage of 93.1%. The remaining 6.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the research findings, the company needs to improve the quality of Work Discipline, Organizational Communication, and Compensation to create a more satisfying and motivating work environment for employees to achieve better job satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Pos Indonesia Divisi Delivery Center Cabang Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dari 100 responden karyawan Divisi Delivery Center PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Cimahi dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kompensasi di Divisi Delivery Center PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Cimahi berada pada kategori kurang baik. Skor rata-rata Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kompensasi berada di bawah nilai ambang kategori baik, yaitu 78. Dari hasil analisis regresi, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi parsial menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dengan persentase sebesar 90,2%. Komunikasi Organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, sebesar 78,7%. Sedangkan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 66,1% terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa gabungan dari Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dengan persentase sebesar 93,1%. Sisanya, sekitar 6,9%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kualitas Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Kompensasi guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih memuaskan dan memotivasi karyawan dalam mencapai kepuasan kerja yang lebih baik

    To enhance sales, organizations must improve the alignment of their promotional tactics. Enterprises have the ability to promote their goods in locations where there is demand for them. Facilitating the delivery of the goods would enhance the ease with which clients can carry out their purchases and sales transactions. A corporation's ability to strategically allocate its goods enables it to expand its operations. Prospective clients have a greater array of choices at their disposal than the total number of enterprises operating within the same sector. This is accomplished by using a diverse range of promotional media to enhance the sales of products and services. Optimizing promotional strategies is the first and critical stage in presenting items to clients, as it directly impacts the benefits that the firm will get. So far, the sales process has not been affected by the promotional method. The objective of this research was to use the K-Means Clustering algorithm in a data mining procedure to optimize the categorization of customer data, CRISP-DM is used for the purpose of comprehending and preparing data, constructing models, evaluating them, and deploying them. The CRISP-DM method is employed specifically for the construction of clusters. A non-hierarchical clustering technique called K-Means divides data into many groups according on how similar they are. The program facilitates the determination of appropriate location mapping for promotional purposes. The study results may serve as a foundation for decision-making in order to maximize promotional techniques, using the generated clusters

    Taxpayer Compliance based on Social Norm and Tax Moral

    This research aims to analyze the role of social norm and tax moral in influencing tax compliance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs hold significant potential as a tax source for the government due to their vital contribution to the economy. In this study, the Theory of Planned Behavior serves as the foundational framework to explore the impact of social norms and morality on tax compliance among MSMEs. Primary data was collected from 100 MSME respondents registered as taxpayers through a survey method, and multiple regression analysis was employed to test hypotheses. The discussion that focuses on the influence of social and moral norms on the tax compliance of MSME taxpayers is a novelty in this research and has not been extensively explored before. The research findings indicate that both social norms and morality significantly influence the level of tax compliance among MSMEs. These results offer valuable insights for the government and stakeholders in crafting more effective tax policies to enhance tax revenue from the MSME sector and support overall economic growth

    Design of Electric Oven Temperature Control System Using PID Method

    In a modern world filled with diverse kitchen needs, ovens have become an essential device to fulfill various cooking requirements. The availability of ovens of various sizes, operational power, and heat output is key to achieving optimal cooking results. However, temperature control in most ovens still relies on a simple on-off system, which may not be fully effective in maintaining a stable and accurate temperature. Therefore, an innovative approach is needed to improve the oven's performance, particularly in achieving and maintaining the temperature desired by the user. This research is based on the implementation of the PID (Proportional, Integral, and Derivative) Method as a control system for the oven. This method was chosen for its ability to automatically solve the output of a system, based on the proportionality, integrality, and derivativity of the difference between setpoint and actual output. The PID constant values were searched using the trial-and-error method, starting by setting all the constants Kp, Ki, and Kd to zero and increasing them until the system started to respond at Kp=20. After making repeated corrections, the static error (offset) can be resolved at Ki=0.4 and excessive oscillations can be mitigated at Kd=50. Based on the results of testing the oven's performance at temperatures of 50°C, 60°C, and 70°C, it was found that the overshoot was 80%, 60%, and 15%, respectively. Thus, the biggest overshoot is at the 50°C setpoint, and the smallest is at the 70°C setpoint. Based on three tests at different set points, the set point can track the actual output (settling time) in 2000 secondsDalam dunia modern yang dipenuhi dengan beragam kebutuhan dapur, oven telah menjadi perangkat esensial untuk memenuhi berbagai persyaratan memasak. Ketersediaan oven dengan berbagai ukuran, daya operasional, dan hasil panas menjadi kunci dalam mencapai hasil memasak yang optimal. Namun, kendali suhu pada sebagian besar oven masih mengandalkan sistem on-off sederhana, yang mungkin tidak sepenuhnya efektif dalam menjaga suhu secara stabil dan akurat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan performa oven, khususnya dalam mencapai dan mempertahankan suhu yang diinginkan oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini mendasarkan diri pada implementasi Metode PID (Proporsional, Integral, dan Derivatif) sebagai sistem kendali pada oven. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan output suatu sistem secara otomatis, berdasarkan proporsionalitas, integralitas, dan derivatifitas dari perbedaan antara setpoint dan output aktual. Nilai konstanta PID dicari menggunakan metode trial dan error, dimulai dengan mengatur semua konstanta Kp, Ki, dan Kd menjadi nol dan naikkan hingga sistem mulai merespon pada Kp=20. Setelah melakukan koreksi berulang, kesalahan statis (offset) dapat diatasi pada Ki=0,4 dan osilasi berlebihan dapat diredakan pada Kd=50. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian performa oven pada temperature 50°C, 60°C, dan 70°C, didapatkan informasi bahwa overshoot didapatkan secara berurutan 80%, 60%, dan 15%. Maka, overshoot yang paling besar pada setpoint 50°C dan yang paling kecil pada setpoint 70°C. Berdasarkan tiga pengujian pada setpoint yang berbeda, setpoint dapat mengikuti output aktual (settling time) pada waktu 2000 detik

    Rapid world developments and changes in society demand an innovative and relevant learning approach to improve the quality of student education. In this context, the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model offers interesting potential for increasing student creativity through project-based learning which emphasizes students' active involvement in planning and implementing projects that are relevant to the real world. Therefore, this research aims to identify students' perceptions of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model and the extent to which its application can influence student creativity. The research method used was a quantitative approach with data collection techniques used with instruments in the form of questionnaires, as well as data analysis through simple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 20. The results of the research showed that students had a positive perception of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model. They also have a supportive view of student creativity at the school. Apart from that, the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model significantly influences students' creativity, which means that this learning model can increase students' creativity in the learning process in the 21st century

    Rancang Bangun Dan Analisa Quality Of Services (QoS) VoIP Server Menggunakan Briker Dengan Memanfaatkan Trunk Dan Interactive Voice Respons (IVR) Di AirNav Padang

    In the digital era, VoIP communication technology is popular due to its low cost and good voicequality. At the AirNav Padang, communication is still manual using conventional telephones, which isconsidered expensive and less effective. The solution is to implement VoIP through the local network, utilizingcomputers, smartphones, headphones, and analog phones for cost efficiency and cross-divisioncommunication. Similar research has addressed cost issues with VoIP. However, VoIP implementationrequires good Quality of Service (QoS) to avoid delays, jitter, and packet loss that can disrupt communication.This research focuses on the design and analysis of QoS for a VoIP server with Briker, trunk, and IVR at thePerum LPPNPI Padang Branch Subsidiary Office. QoS measurements show an average delay of around22.754 ms, an average jitter of about 3.572 ms, and an average packet loss of about 0.04% for calls betweenclients. Meanwhile, for calls with trunk and IVR, the average delay is approximately 21.756 ms, the averagejitter is around 5.402 ms, and the average packet loss is about 0.05%. This solution can optimize cross-divisioncommunication with low costs and high efficiency.Dalam era digital, teknologi komunikasi VoIP populer karena biaya rendah dan kualitas suara yangbaik. Di Perum AirNav Padang, komunikasi yang dilakukan masih manual dengan telepon konvensionalsehingga dinilai mahal dan kurang efektif. Solusinya adalah menerapkan VoIP melalui jaringan lokal,memanfaatkan komputer, smartphone, headphone, dan telepon analog untuk efisiensi biaya dan komunikasilintas divisi. Penelitian serupa telah mengatasi masalah biaya dengan VoIP. Namun, implementasi VoIPmemerlukan Quality of Service (QoS) yang baik untuk menghindari delay, jitter, dan packet loss yangmengganggu. Penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan dan analisis QoS VoIP server dengan Briker, trunk, danIVR di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Pembantu Padang. Pengukuran QoS menunjukkan nilai rata-rata delay sekitar22.754 ms, jitter rata-rata sekitar 3.572 ms, dan packet loss rata-rata sekitar 0.04% untuk panggilan antar client.Sedangkan untuk panggilan dengan trunk dan IVR, nilai rata-rata delay sekitar 21.756 ms, jitter rata-ratasekitar 5.402 ms, dan packet loss rata-rata sekitar 0.05%.     Komunikasi Intrapersonal dalam Proses Penerimaan Diri Mahasiswi Korban Body Shaming

    Victims of body shaming who often receive negative comments and criticism by others through the intrapersonal communication process that occurs within themselves, whether it is talking to themselves or when observing and understanding the surrounding environment on an intellectual and emotional level, but it can also trigger feelings of lack of self-acceptance that have an impact on their daily lives and how they place themselves in the surrounding environment. However, there are also victims of body shaming who are able to accept themselves well, as evidenced by how they do not judge themselves negatively and choose to focus on the positive aspects of themselves. The purpose of this study is to understand how intrapersonal communication and self-acceptance process that body shaming victims go through. The research method used is phenomenology. Research on two female body shaming victims shows that the intrapersonal communication experienced consists of four stages, namely sensation, perception, memory, and thinking and produces feelings of shame and sadness. Both informants were also able to accept themselves through the stages of self-acceptance, namely denial, anger, depression, bargaining, acceptance.Korban body shaming yang sering kali menerima komentar negatif dan kritik oleh orang lain melalui proses komunikasi intrapersonal yang terjadi dalam diri, baik itu berbicara sendiri maupun ketika mengamati dan memahami lingkungan sekitar pada tingkat intelektual dan emosional, akan tetapi hal tersebut juga dapat memicu tumbulnya perasaan kurangnya penerimaan diri yang berdampak bagi kehidupan sehari-hari dan bagaimana mereka menempatkan diri pada lingkungan sekitar. Namun, ada pula korban body shaming yang mampu menerima dirinya dengan baik, terbukti dengan bagaimana mereka tidak menilai dirinya secara negatif dan memilih untuk fokus pada aspek positif dalam dirinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana komunikasi intrapersonal dan proses penerimaan diri yang dilalui oleh korban body shaming. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu fenomenologi. Penelitian pada dua mahasiswi korban body shaming menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi intrapersonal yang dialami terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu sensasi, persepsi, memori, dan berpikir dan menghasilkan perasaan malu dan sedih. Kedua informan juga mampu menerima dirinya sendiri melalui tahapan penerimaan diri yaitu denial, anger, depression, bargaining, acceptance

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan accidental sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria, diperoleh 130 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Citra Merek berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
