    The research topic requires to discover the impact of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction. This research utilize quantitative methodologies. Accumulation of data along with application of questionnaires, and the responses were scored on a five-point Linkert scale. The data had been examined utilizing the SmartPLS version 3 program. The participants in this research's respondents were employees of PT Telkom Access Solo's SPBU division, who numbered 40 in total. Following a series of analyses, the findings revealed that leadership, motivation, and organizational culture all had a positive and substantial effects on work satisfaction

    The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digitalization which is fast, practical, effective and safe to what extent it influences the adoption of QRIS technology for MSMEs. The research was conducted in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with MSME respondents using QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard). The background of this research is the increasing importance of financial technology for all elements of society, including MSMEs and customers who are increasingly comfortable using digital payments. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with a research model referring to the application of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The analytical tool used is Smart PLS-SEM. The data used was obtained through distributing questionnaires to MSMEs using QRIS in DIY via Google form. The variables used were Digitalization, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude, Behavioral Intention and Actual Usage. With the results of the first analysis, digitalization has an insignificant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Second, digitalization has a significant positive effect on perceived ease of use. Third, perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. The four perceived usefulness have a significant positive effect on attitude. Fifth, perceived ease of use has an insignificant positive effect on attitude. Sixth, attitude has a significant positive effect on behavioral intention and finally behavioral intention has a significant positive effect on actual usage

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk domestik bruto dan kinerja perusahaan terhadap indeks harga saham dengan inflasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan real estate yang terdaftar di LQ45 tahun 2018-2022. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang diperoleh 4 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan jumlah observasi data penelitian yang diperoleh sebesar 76. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dan analisis regresi moderasi dengan pendekatan model random effect. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk domestik bruto berpengaruh negatif terhadap indeks harga saham. Kinerja perusahaan (ROA) berpengaruh negatif terhadap indeks harga saham. Inflasi mampumemoderasi Produk domestik bruto terhadap indeks harga saham, namun tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kinerja perusahaan (ROA) terhadap indeks harga saham

Selain berupa wahyu dan contoh kehidupan Rasulullah SAW., Allah SWT. melengkapi petunjuk-Nya dengan memperjalankan umat manusia ke berbagai bangsa dan negara dalam pembangunan perekonomian bangsa. Perjalanan ini menghasilkan berbagai teori dan pendekatan dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Perpaduan antara petunjuk wahyu dengan petunjuk empiris ini sejatinya menjadi acuan dasar untuk membangun manusia dengan segala dimensinya. Ruh Islam sebagai sumber tata aturan yang diterapkan dalam menjalankan roda perekonomian menjadi spirit tersendiri sebagai bentuk nilai ibadah yag tidak bisa terpisahkan.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kondisi makroekonomi terhadap struktur modal perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari 19 perusahaan nonkeuangan yang terdaftar pada Indeks LQ45 periode 2012-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan dan data makroekonomi tahun 2012-2021 yang diperoleh dari IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) dan World Bank. Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah struktur modal perusahaan (debt to equity ratio) serta variabel bebasnya adalah GDP growth dan tingkat inflasi yang mewakili faktor makroekonomi. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dinamis (System-GMM/genaralized method of moments). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kondisi makroekonomi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan. GDP growth memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap struktur modal dan tingkat inflasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap struktur modal.This research has a purpose to analyze the effect of macroeconomic conditions to the firm’s capital structure. The firms studied are non-financial firms which have gone public and listed in LQ45 Index during 2012 to 2021, totalling 19 firms. The data used are secondary data such as firms’ financial reports and macroeconomic data in 2012-2021 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and World Bank. The dependent variable is debt to equity ratio (DER) that represents the firm’s capital structure. The independent variables are GDP growth (GDPgrw) and inflation rate (INF) that represent the factors of macroeconomic. The model of this research is a dynamic panel data regression (System-GMM/generalized method of moments). The results of this study show that macroeconomic conditions have significant effect on the firm’s capital structure. The GDP growth has negative significant effect on the capital structure and inflation rate has positive significant effect on the capital structure

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh elemen ekuitas merek yang terdiri dari empat elemen ekuitas merek, yaitu kesadaran merek, persepsi kualitas, asosiasi merek dan loyalitas merek terhadap minat pembelian pada produk olahraga bulutangkis merek Yonex. Teknik pengambilan sample melalui non-probability sampling.  Penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) dan AMOS versi 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan 212 responden diambil dari penduduk Indonesia yang mempunyai minat membeli dan menggunakan produk olahraga bulutangkis merek Yonex. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa elemen ekuitas merek yaitu elemen kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, loyalitas merek berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian produk olahraga bulutangkis merek Yonex. Sedangkan persepsi kualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian produk olahraga bulutangkis merek Yonex. Kata kunci : kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, loyalitas merek, ekuitas merek, minat pembelian..     This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity elements which consist of four brand equity elements, namely brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty on purchase intention in badminton sports equipment of Yonex brand. The sampling technique is through non-probability sampling. This research was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program and AMOS version 24. This study used 212 respondents whose taken from Indonesian residents who have interest in buying and using badminton sports equipment of Yonex brand. The results of this study found that the elements of brand equity, namely the elements of brand awareness, brand associations, brand loyalty have positive effects on purchase intention in badminton sports equipment of Yonex brand. Meanwhile, perceived quality has no effect on purchase intention in badminton sports equipment of Yonex brand.

    ABSTRAC This study aims to determine the effect of profitability of foreign ownership of tax avoidance risk on the firm value with firm size as a control variable. The Population of this study is LQ 45 company listed on the indonesia stock Exchange. The sample of this study were 10 LQ 45 companies that were on the indonesia stock Exchange from 2013-2017. The analytical method used in this study is regresion multiple linear. The results of the study showed that profitability has a positive effect of the firm value. This can be proven by a probability value is 0,0007<0,05 with coefficient value of 0,136737, foreign ownership has a negative effect on company value. This can be proven from a probability value is 0,0003<0,05 with a coefficient value is -0,103209, tax avoidance risk does not affect the value of the company, this can be proven by a probability value 0,4166>0,05. Firm size able to control the profitability relationship of firm value.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), perceived quality, dan social media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mayoutfit. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 responden yang pernah membeli produk Mayoutfit secara online. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner.     This study employs descriptive research techniques and non-probability sampling methods, namely, judgmental sampling techniques. 52 employees were given questionnaires to complete in order to collect primary data. Then secondary data can be obtained through supporting books and journals. Following that, the obtained data is processed using the SEM-PLS method. The Smart-PLS software is used to process the data from the pretest and main test. The study's findings show that transformational leadership positively affects perceptions of career success, career adaptability negatively affects perceptions of career success, transformational leadership positively affects job embeddedness, transformational leadership negatively affects work engagement, and transformational leadership positively affects perceived career success

    Assessment of the success of cooperatives is used to determine whether or not cooperatives are healthy in carrying out their business. Assessment is useful for producing valid data and can be useful for continuing its business so that it is more developed and developed and the goals of the cooperative can be achieved properly. This condition is one of the signs that there is an increase in the success of cooperatives in Lamongan City. The number of samples needed in this study was 71.9 and rounded up to 72 respondents Members of the “Mandiri Bina Karya Lamongan” Savings and Loans Cooperative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and interviews. After the data is processed the next step is to analyze the data. The calculated t value is 10.430. Because the tcount value of 10,430 is greater than 1,994, it can be interpreted that "There is an Influence of Capital Management (X) on the Success of the Mandiri Bina Karya Lamongan Savings and Loans Cooperative (Y)
